We
offer two of the finest Race
Rods available today. The CARRILLO
connecting rod is a precision,
high strength, quality connecting
rod. When properly installed
and maintained it will perform
flawlessly in todays racing
and high performance internal
combustion engines. CARRILLO
offers a renewable sleeve in
the big end for easy rebuilding.
We also offer a Europeon ARROW
Rod with a lighter, much smaller
needle bearing cage. This is
fitted to each specific crank
and balanced. We have the tooling
and knowledge to set up and
balance each crank .

These are
top quality forged aluminum
pistons with new style piston
rings, 3 oil rings and thinner
scraper and compression rings
for less friction. Pistons
come with Rings, Piston pin,
and clips. 66mm to 80mm Cylinder
sleeves are also available.

After a year of testing we have found a battery that is ideally suited for the '73 & '74 electric start bikes. It has higher cranking Amps and we all know how important that is with these bikes. The 21 cranking AMPS are the most powerful battery we have found the market. The dimensions of the battery are 8-1/8 L X 3-3/16 W X 6-3/8 H. Cold cranking Amps 350. We have two brands to choose from. You will be happy with the results. They may save that high priced starter and planetary gear set. They really whip it over.

This new power dynamo brings new ignition and light to your classic Sprint. We have been testing this system and are happy to pass this on to you. IT WORKS!!!!! It updates your system to solid state ignition and 12 volt- 150 watt out-put. The system is technically capable to run without a battery It will work on all Sprints with an armature. Also it will work on '61-'66 CRS-CR or '67 & '68 CRS also '66 CRTT and CRor ERS. All with tapered crankshaft.But it will not work on engines with electric start.The advantages of upgrading to this are It comes with all new parts. Gives more light out-put. It is a very stable ignition with solid spark. Better starting and better fuel burning. No more point problems. You no longer worry about centrifugal governor advance sticking. It comes with assembly instructions, wire diagram diagram for twin plug. Last but not least you can get rid of those darn Sprint electrical gremlins forever. When ordering these there are two choices so make sure you get the right one.

Here is the promised, very rare & special Tachometer Shock mounting brackets.
These are not N.O.S. but an excellent re-make.
We went through a very lengthy process to re-produce these as close t original as possible. These brackets were used on all Road Racing Aermacchi’s, ERS’s and late CRS’s . Check out the pictures we have provided of the originals and of our re-pro’s. You be the judge; The same shock mount works with both brackets. So when ordering you will need Tach mount & shock mount.
